OLNEY, Ill. (AP) — State officials say two 18-year-olds from southeast Illinois and one juvenile have been preliminarily charged with illegally hunting deer at night The three are accused of illegally killing 13 deer.
Caleb L. Diel and Dylan E. Mitchell face charges of felony resource theft, unlawful hunting by use of lights from a vehicle and unlawful deer hunting at night. The juvenile faces similar charges.
