A Milford man has been arrested by DNREC Enforcement Agents for hunting-related violations. Officers say 47 year old Timothy Wyatt was hunting without a license on land at Redden State Forest. He was also not wearing the required hunter orange and was using a prohibited weapon and hunting method. Wyatt pleaded guilty and was fined just over $275.
NEWS RELEASE: DNREC Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement agents on Oct. 8 arrested a Milford man for hunting-related violations on Redden State Forest land near Georgetown.
Timothy W. Wyatt, age 47, of 549 Canterbury Road, Milford, was arrested and charged with hunting without a license, not wearing required hunter orange, hunting with a prohibited weapon and using a prohibited hunting method (baiting, illegal on public lands). Wyatt pled guilty to all charges on Oct. 13 and was fined $275.50 at Justice of the Peace Court 3 in Georgetown.
