A Middletown man was arrested on the opening day of waterfowl hunting season and cited for numerous offenses, wildlife officials said.
Dalton L. Kelly, 21, of Middletown, was arrested in connection with an incident at Augustine Wildlife Area near Townsend, said Sgt. Gregory Rhodes of the state Division of Fish and Wildlife Enforcement.
Kelly was charged Oct. 25 with unlicensed hunting, hunting waterfowl without required Delaware Waterfowl Stamp, hunting waterfowl without required federal waterfowl stamp, criminal impersonation and forgery.
