According to the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, 43-year old Chad Eyman mistook another hunter for a deer near Amity.
Derek Holcomb, 31, was shot in the leg below the knee, and is expected to recover.
Eyman and Holcomb have both been cited for not meeting clothing color requirements. Their cases will be heard by a judge in Clark County.
