Help Challenge the Hunter Harassment Law in Pennsylvania
URGENT ACTION NEEDED
Jan Haagensen’s case challenging the hunter harassment statute in Pennsylvania will be either taken up by the Supreme Court of the US (SCOTUS) or not at the end of September.
If SCOTUS takes up the case and rules in Jan’s favor, hunter harassment laws can be successfully challenged in every state.
On any property, if you merely ask a hunter not to shoot animals, you can be charged with hunter harassment!! Hunter Harassment laws exist in every state and are clearly unconstitutional in that they violate our First Amendment Rights. If the Supreme Court decides this case in Jan’s favor, it will have a far reaching effect: It will assure successful challenges to these unconstitutional laws in every state of the country.
