GA: Hunter sentenced to five years probation for having gun to shoot deer

Ruben P. Spivey pleaded guilty to hunting deer at night, hunting upon a public road, and possession of a firearm by a first offender felony probationer.

Judge Sheryl B. Jolly sentenced Spivey to five years probation for the new charges.
