Caleb Michael Defoor and William Garrett McCoy were cited by the Georgia DNR for killing a deer in the front yard of a Simonton Bridge Road home.
The charges are hunting at night, hunting from a vehicle and hunting from a public road.
Each infraction could include a fine of up to $1,000, up to a year of imprisonment and a two-year suspension of hunting privileges.
