Donald F. Glosenger Jr., 48, of Harrington, was arrested Nov. 16, after officers found him with a shotgun and ammunition, he said. Glosenger was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, prohibited possession of firearm ammunition, failure to display required hunter orange during a firearms deer season and hunting without a license near Harrington.

He was released on $10,150 unsecured bond pending a preliminary hearing in the Kent County Court of Common Pleas.

Carl L. Bennett, 53, of Dagsboro, was arrested on Nov. 13 after police found him in possession of four shotguns and ammunition, McDerby said. He was charged with four counts of prohibited possession of a firearm, prohibited possession of firearm ammunition, failure to display required hunter orange during a firearms deer season and hunting without a license near Millville.

He was released on $25,500 unsecured bond pending a preliminary hearing in the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas.
