According to DNREC Division of Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources Police, Michael Whitby was charged with two counts possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession of ammunition by a person prohibited, hunting with a rifle-illegal method, failure to display required hunter orange during a firearms deer season, and hunting without a license. He was released on a $25,150 unsecured bond.

Wayne Whitby was charged with failure to display hunter orange during a firearms deer season, and hunting with a rifle-illegal method. He was released on a $2,200 unsecured bond.
