DE: Delaware man charged with more than 70 hunting violations

TOWNSEND, Del. – (AP) – Delaware Fish & Wildlife Natural Resources charged 38-year-old James R. Smith III with possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person prohibited; failure to register and tag antlered deer within 24 hours; and numerous other offenses.

Smith was released on $14,900 unsecured bond.
