Nathan Wilson, 30, of Norwood, and Weldon Kavecki, 65, of Throckmorton, Texas, still face restrictions on and even the possible loss of their hunting and fishing privileges for the Dec. 6, 2012, killing of two mule deer bucks south of Dry Creek Basin.
A third man, Timothy Taylor, 69, of Euless, Texas, took a 15-point penalty hit on his hunting license for complicity in the poaching.
