Tulare County – A missing hiker was reunited with family members earlier this week after being lost for two days.
On Oct. 15, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office was advised of a missing hunter in the Giant Sequoia National Monument. George Green, 58, was hunting and had last been seen that morning.
At approximately noon on October 17th, Search and Rescue personnel located Green near Jacobson Meadow. Green was treated for exposure and mild hypothermia at the scene.
