BENTONVILLE – Jeffery Millstead, 54, was killed Wednesday in a hunting accident near Punkin Hollow and Miller Church roads.
Millstead was carrying a bag of corn over his shoulders and walking in front of Jimmy Paul Box, who was using his rifle to clear his way. Box’s rifle accidentally discharged and a bullet struck and killed Millstead.
