Greg Scoggins lost his job after his arrest for alleged illegal hunting.
Police say Scoggins shot and killed the deer from his patrol car while on duty in December 2012. He’s charged with reckless endangerment, hunting without permission, and hunting with the aid of a motor vehicle.
