AL: Girlfriend shoots boyfriend in hunting accident

NEW MARKET, AL – According Madison County Deputies, a 19-year-old male was shot Thursday morning near Shane Drive in New Market.

Leah Doran said she was in the truck with her Remington 270 rifle when it went off, shooting her boyfriend, seated in the driver’s seat, in the wrist.
