ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. – Authorities say Amanda Foster, 17, was struck by a round from her foster dad’s high-powered rifle and was taken to a nearby hospital where she died.
Foster was found with one gunshot wound that entered her back and exited her chest. Her foster father accidentally shot her while they were deer hunting in Anderson County Thursday night.
