PHILIPSBURG, Pa. (AP) – Robert Verbeck had four shotgun pellets removed from his head after he was shot by a 16-year-old boy while hunting turkeys in Maryland on Tuesday.
Verbeck was shot in Green Ridge State Forest by a boy who was accompanied by his father and holding a 12-gauge shotgun.
