BENTON COUNTY, WA. — As a mail truck was turning onto Locust Grove off Clodfelter Road, the mailman felt his truck being hit with bullets. The mail-man called the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies learned an older man was using his friend’s property to hunt pigeons.
He accidentally shot toward the mail truck when it unexpectedly drove into the backstop of his shot.
