TN: Cutts sentenced for drunk hunting

A drunk-driving hunter has been sentenced to a week behind bars for spotlighting while under the influence.

Kevin Ray Cutts, 35, was directed to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, enter DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.

He was also directed to lose his hunting license, pay $100 and lose his guns for violation of wildlife regulations.
