MT: Poaching Case: One Changes Plea, 2 Request Bench Trial

SHERIDAN — Colton Herrera was cited in August for knowingly taking an antlered or trophy animal in the alleged poaching of three elk at Eskimo Creek in the Bighorn Mountains in January 2014.

Ronnie Fisher was also cited for knowingly taking an antlered or trophy animal, as was Clayvin Herrera, who is a lieutenant with the enforcement division of the Crow Nation Fish and Game. Clayvin Herrera was also charged as an accessory after the fact.
