A Powell man hunting in the Beem Gulch area of Little Sunlight collapsed and died Wednesday afternoon while dragging a harvested elk.
Richard Allen Fisher, 67, was hunting with his brother in the gulch area south off Little Sunlight Road about 6 miles west of the Chief Joseph Highway. The two were moving the cow elk when Fisher collapsed. His brother attempted CPR but was unsuccessful.
