BARDSTOWN, KY – Tommy Ballard, the father of a missing Nelson County woman, Crystal Rogers, was shot and killed while hunting early Saturday morning, according to family and Kentucky State Police.
It’s not clear what kind of gun the bullet came from that killed Ballard.
