ROUNDUP – A 50-year-old Oklahoma man is in critical condition after he was accidentally shot Sunday morning while hunting in Eastern Montana.
Five hunters from Oklahoma were carrying loaded rifles with them as they drove an ATV in southern Musselshell County.
While exiting a side-by side ATV, a firearm was discharged, striking the railing of the vehicle and then ricocheting into the victim’s head.
The victim remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
