HARRISONBURG, La. (AP) – Carroll Dobson, 44, has died after he fell overboard from his boat on the Tensas River in Catahoula Parish and drowned.
Dobson was frog hunting with his two sons on Tuesday, stopped his boat, stood up and then fell into the river.
One of Dobson’s sons says his father was drinking at the time of the accident.
