KENNEWICK, WASH. – Justin and Melody Priest were hunting Thursday when Justin went out in a kayak to retrieve his second duck of the day. When he went to pick up the duck, he tumbled into the Columbia River.
Justin had been in the cold water for more than 20 minutes, and had to be rescued. He was treated for hypothermia.
