GREYBULL, WY – Six hunters lost a combined 10 years of hunting privileges in connection to the illegal killing of 9 elk the day after Thanksgiving 2015.
In total 16 citations were issued and those charged pleaded guilty.
In addition to the loss of hunting privileges, the hunters were penalized $5,100 in fines, and were ordered to pay $9,500 in restitution to the Wyoming Wildlife Protector’s Association’s Stop Poaching Fund.
