LA: 2 cited for alleged alligator hunting violations

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Agents with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries’ Enforcement Division cited 20-year-old Todd Rivoire Jr., of Youngsville, and 22-year-old Colt Cahanin, of Breaux Bridge on Monday for taking an alligator during a closed season and intentional concealment of illegally taken wildlife.

The men face fines of up to $950 and 120 days in jail for each violation.
