Andrew Klinefelter, 29, is accused of killing three antlered deer and one antlerless deer without a hunting license, hunting while on revocation and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a game commission press release.

The game commission referred to Klinefelter as a “chronic poacher.” The release states he has past convictions in 2013 and 2014 for game law violations that resulted in his license being revoked.

Klinefelter is charged with five felony counts of unlawful killing, eight summary counts of unlawful acts concerning licenses and two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia for the incidents that occurred between September 2015 and February 2016.

The affidavit states Klinefelter’s hunting license had been denied through the year 2045.
