BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A Parma farmer has pleaded not guilty to charges that he tried to lure ducks into shooting range using corn.
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service agents noticed several piles of corn kernels near a duck hunting blind on Gregory Obendorf’s land.
