OROVILLE — Okanogan County search and rescue crews are continuing a searchtoday for a hunter who was reported missingMonday.
Braden Gere, 58, of Yakima, had gone to his cabin on Teal Lake Road between Oroville and Chesaw to hunt, and a friend arrivedSundayto discover his vehicle, but not Gere, said Steve Brown, chief criminal deputy for the Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office.
Gere’s medications and all of his guns except for his hunting rifle were also at the cabin, he said.
