Justin Levi Swisse was sentenced last week for unlawful possession of a game animal, a felony. Swisse must pay restitution of $2,000 and a fine of $2,500. His privilege to hunt, trap or fish will be revoked for 35 years.
He is also prohibited from accompanying any hunter, angler or trapper in the field. He can’t file for a special license for five years after the general forfeiture period ends.
