State police say a man injured by gunfire Saturday was hurt in a hunting incident. Emergency responders were called to an Upper Milford Township property late Saturday afternoon for a gunshot victim.
The 30-year-old man was wounded near his eye by a bullet that “ricocheted” off another object before hitting him, according to emergency radio reports.
The man was hunting in a wooded area on the 2400 Brunner Road with other hunters when he was wounded, state police said, and was conscious and walking after being hit.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
