Hunting deer from truck in Sullivan costs 3 men big bucks

ROSCOE – Three men were fined by environmental conservation police Wednesday after they were caught shooting deer from inside a pickup truck.
Steve Rosati, 26, of Hopewell Junction, Vincent J. Lopicolo, 27, of Staten Island, and Christopher Abrahamsen, 27, of White Plains, each paid a $1,000 civil penalty after they were caught.
State police received a complaint that someone had shot a deer from inside a truck. DEC police tracked the vehicle down.
Three additional dead deer were in the truckbed.
