CLARISSA — Daniel Hayes, 26, was unloading his firearm after deer hunting Sunday when it discharged, striking him in the foot, according to the Todd County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident was reported at 6:21 p.m. Sunday about five miles north of Clarissa.
