Edward B. Hisey, 43, received four citations out of nine alleged violations of Wyoming hunting regulations.

Game Warden Bill Long alleges in court files that Hisey falsely claimed to be a Wyoming resident to get in-state tags for three elk, three deer and three black bears. He received citations for two each of the elk and deer.

Hisey is accused of having resident hunting licenses in Arizona at the same time he held his Wyoming license.

He entered a written not guilty plea earlier this month.
