A hunter was ticketed by S.C. Department of Natural Resources agents for hunting within 300 yards of a residence.
Rose Hill security officers discovered found the hunter in the tree stand, DNR Sgt. Michael Paul Thomas said.
The hunter could face a fine ranging from $110 to $470.
