A fish and wildlife officer said he arrested a man on Friday in Southeast Jefferson County for hunting while intoxicated and entry on land to hunt without consent.
A land owner in Louisville called the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources about a man hunting on his land without his consent.
The officer said he found Brian K Wise, 44, of Mt. Washington, near a hay bale drinking beer, with two empty beer cans next to him, according to Wise’s arrest report.
