SNOVER — A 16-year-old boy was wounded Thursday after shooting himself in the foot while hunting.
According to the Sanilac County Sheriff’s Department, the boy was hunting on property in the Snover area. He reportedly tripped and accidentally discharged his firearm, between 5 and 5: 30 p.m., shooting himself in the foot.
