AR: Week later: Arkansas poacher turns himself in

(WMC-TV) – Levi Wilson, 26, of Marianna, Arkansas turned himself over to police Friday night.

According to the Game and Fish Commission, officials tried to pull him over when he was caught shooting at a decoy deer.

Wardens said he was trying to flee the scene and hit an officer.

In addition to hunting-related offenses, Wilson is charged with aggravated assault, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and fleeing an enforcement officer.
