CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire Fish and Game officials say 44-year-old Joseph Benjamin of Walpole pleaded guilty to taking more than one deer during a calendar year and was fined $750. He also had his hunting license suspended for two years.
Johnson was the last of four men convicted in connection with the poaching of a doe last year off season and at night, after all four had attained their one-deer limit during the regular hunting season.
