A man was arrested and charged with hunting coyote from his vehicle in Seneca County.
Police arrested 51-year-old Ronald Betts of Stanley after they say he was hunting coyote in the town of Fayette, shooting his gun from his vehicle, while on the road.
Betts was charged with criminal possession of a loaded gun in a vehicle, taking wildlife from a vehicle, and shooting from a public highway.
