The Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office has deemed the shooting of an 11-year-old boy an accident.
The child was trapping bobcats with his father, Kyle Alberti, Friday near Castleford. When Alberti slipped while hiking down into a canyon, he dropped his 20-gauge shotgun which discharged, hitting his son in the upper thigh.
