STEPHENS COUNTY, OK – A 12-year-old boy is recovering Saturday night after a hunting accident happened Saturday afternoon about 3 miles west of Velma.
The Stephens County Sheriff’s Office says a 10-year-old tripped and fell with a gun in his hand. When he fell, the gun went off, hitting his older brother in the backside.
