MYRTLE CREEK, Ore. – 20-year-old Rachel Frerichs died when her father accidentally shot her while the two hunted about 10 miles north of Myrtle Creek.
She was hunting with her father Don Frerichs, 49, when she suffered a gunshot wound just before 11 a.m. Thursday.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
