HARTFORD, S.D. (AP) – Ronald Edwin Ridings II, 40, is accused of spotlighting and shooting raccoons has been indicted on drug and other charges.
Ridings is charged with multiple drug charges as well as hunting with an artificial light for the Dec. 7 incident.
The spotlighting charge carries up to a year in jail.
