WETHERSFIELD, N.Y. – New York State Police arrested 55 year old Richard E.
Weber, earlier this month, and charged him with criminal possession of a weapon the 4th degree after troopers determined he had a prior felony conviction which prevents Weber from legally possessing a gun.
