NEWARK, DE – The Division of Fish and Wildlife police arrested 46-year-old Mark Nyce on Sunday on charges of hunting without a license, hunting wild turkey without having taken the required course, possession of an unlawfully taken wild turkey and using an unlawful method of take.
Nyce has been fined $1,191.
