NH: Hunter injured in fall from tree stand

SWANZEY, N.H. —New Hampshire’s Fish and Game Department said rescuers came to the aid of an injured bow hunter who fell 15 feet from a tree stand.

Officers said Cody Barrett, 19, was able to provide information about his location in Swanzey and injuries Monday.

The stand was about a mile behind his home near the summit of Franklin Mountain.
