IA: DNR: squirrel hunter drops gun, shoots self

WASHINGTON COUNTY — 23-year-old Andrew Brock shot himself in the thigh after dropping his gun Tuesday hunting squirrels.

Brock dropped the pistol he was carrying while hunting at Clemons Creek Wildlife and creation Area west of Washington.
