SD: Hunter dies from accidental gunshot wound in Pennington County

A missing hunter was found dead from an apparent accidental shooting Sunday morning in Pennington County.

The family reported the 63-year-old man did not return from turkey hunting Saturday. Investigators say it appears he accidentally shot himself while crossing a fence on Forest Service land near Highway 385 just off West Highway 44.
